Black Sabbath debuted eLonerf at their second Melbourne show last night (May 1, 2013). It was the 4th new song from the upcoming e13f album to make the setlist on their current Australian and New Zealand tour.
So far on the tour Black Sabbath have previewed eEnd of the Beginningf, eGod Is Dead?f and eMethademicf as well as last nightfs eLonerf from the album due June 7 on the bandfs original record label Vertigo, through Universal.
Black Sabbath, featuring Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler back with original singer Ozzy Osbourne, have stunned early fans with sound in synch with their beginnings.
Ozzyfs maniac glare, Tonyfs venomous guitar and Geezerfs thunderous bass brings the origins of what fans liked about Black Sabbath in the early 70s into 2013. It makes for a rare moment to see one of the greatest British metal bands of all-time, the band who rivalled only Led Zeppelin in its day.
Ozzyfs solo band drummer Tommy Clufetos adds new life to the live gig. Sabbath even gave him his own spotlight drum solo during the show. Clufetos also did time with Rob Zombie before joining Ozzyfs band.
