Justin Bieber reportedly bought another house because he "doesn't want random people in his home".
It was recently claimed the 20-year-old singer splashed out on a $29,000-a-month rental pad in the Hollywood Hills, which boasts a gym, a pool, a spa, ten bedrooms and a nightclub.
Now RadarOnline reports Justin plans to use this mansion solely as a place to throw lavish bashes, as he continues to live in Beverly Hills.
It is thought he is being careful after police raided his Calabasas home earlier this year in connection to an egging incident, which he pleaded no contest to and was put on two-year probation for. He was also ordered to go to anger management classes, do community service and give the neighbour involved compensation.
“After Justin’s house was raided earlier this year, he vowed to never be caught in a similar situation, and doesn’t want random people in his home,” a source revealed. “So, Justin decided to rent a house just so he could throw parties. He might end up sleeping there from time to time, but still has the Beverly Hills condo, and will use that as his base.”
Justin's rumoured new home also flaunts an elevator, and a cinema room with a 160in screen for guests to enjoy. The house is known in the community after having been rented out to shows such as American Idol after it was built in 2011.
It may not be all good news though, as Los Angeles Weekly reported last year that neighbours had already claimed their lives were made "intolerable" with the changing of tenants. Justin is said to be currently angering residents surrounding his Beverly Hills home with his loud parties.
