Justin Bieber has busted his eardrum.

The 20-year-old Heartbreaker singer sustained the injury while diving off a cliff.

And on Wednesday he expressed his anxiety over potentially having to undergo an operation to rectify his ailment.

“Busted my ear drum cliff diving. Doc says might need surgery now. Sucks,” Justin wrote to his over 54 million Twitter followers.

But fortunately Justin doesn’t believe the injury will impact his music too much.

The star assures fans he still has lots of new songs to share with them.

“My ear drum might back us up a little but I'm still bringing you this new music. Much love. Damn u cliff diving! (sic)” he declared. “Got some exclusives on the fan club. We got a lot coming. No worries :).”

This isn’t the only injury Justin allegedly sustained in September.

He was checked out on September 3 by doctors at Stratford General Hospital in his native Ontario after suffering a sprain to his wrist, according to TMZ.

Apparently he may have hurt his wrist after his ATV (all terrain vehicle) crashed into a paparazzo’s minivan the week before.

Police confirmed a passenger was on the ATV during the time of the collision, but the second rider’s identity was not revealed. However, paparazzi photos show the Canadian star’s on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez riding with him the same day.

An Ontario Provincial Police spokesperson told ABC News Justin was driving the vehicle at the time of the collision and then got into an altercation with a man inside the van.

The singer was charged with dangerous driving and assault.
