Justin Bieber is being sued by his former bodyguard amid claims the singer assaulted and berated him.

The 18-year-old Baby hitmaker is named in a lawsuit filed by Moshe Benabou, according to TMZ.

Filings obtained by the website claim the plaintiff, an ex-member of the Israeli army, alleges Justin berated him and punched him in the chest during an argument about a member of the singer’s entourage.

Moshe apparently worked for Justin between March 2011 and October 2012.

He is seeking unspecified damages for assault and battery.

He is also seeking over $420,000 in unpaid overtime, according to the website.

A source told TMZ Moshe was fired after telling “multiple lies”, including claims he worked with Justin Timberlake before he was hired by the teenager.

The insider brushed off Moshe as a “disgruntled employee looking for money”.

Justin has been accused of physical violence in the past.

He got into a scuffle with a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport in February, which saw both men fall to the ground.

A spokesperson for Justin has yet to comment on the allegations.
