A photographer who is suing Justin Bieber accused his bodyguard of “choking him to take his stuff” in a frantic 911 call.

The pop star’s security team member allegedly strangled Jeffrey Binion during an altercation to protect his privacy.

In a voice recording of the phone call made to police, the man trying to obtain pictures of Justin explained how he was assaulted.

“He was choking me to take my stuff,” he told a female emergency line worker in the clip obtained by TMZ. “I don’t need rescuing.”

Apparently four males were the aggressors who were reported outside The Hit Factory recording studio in Miami, Florida.

The incident against Jeffrey Binion place last Wednesday and he has since filed a lawsuit.

“Two big security guards and two young boys,” he described them as at the time. “I’ve got a lady here that witnessed.

“The guy was strangling me I want to press charges on him.”

While they apparently threatened to smash Jeffrey’s camera, they ended up taking part of his work equipment.

However Jeffrey is placing some of the blame on Justin as he is said to have organised the 4am attack.

“They took my camera they made me delete pictures and then they took the memory card which is worth $100,” he explained to the 911 call operator.

In another audio recording, the 19-year-old can be heard encouraging a theft.

In an expletive-filled rant, Justin’s request led to the photographer begging for his belongings to be returned.

"Get that f**king camera out of here!" a voice identified as Justin’s yelled.

“Alright, alright. I'm gonna give you your camera back. I'm gonna take your SIM card though,” he added.
