Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z are renting a $400,000-a-month home in the Hamptons.
The superstar couple are heading to the American holiday destination next week and it’s been claimed they have found the perfect property to stay in.
New York Post claims the couple have rented a 31,000 square foot home called the Sandcastle.
“The 11-acre property on Halsey Lane was built by Hamptons super-developer Joe Farrell. It’s currently on the market for $43.5 million,” reports the site.
The property costs $400,000 to rent per month and boasts a bowling alley, rock-climbing area and a bar. Should the pair want to show off their moves on skateboards there is also a half pipe and a recording studio for use if inspiration hits during their break.
There is a swimming pool, gym complete with spa, tennis and basketball courts too.
The couple will sleep in a 2,800 square foot master bedroom, while if they want friends to stay there is a separate apartment for them.
There is also a “children’s performing area”, although Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s six-month-old daughter Blue Ivy might be too young to take advantage of it.
