The Cotswold Show in Cirencester is looking for up and coming bands and singers to perform at a new Music Festival being held this year at this well established annual event on Saturday 30th June and Sunday 1st July.
The Music Festival will take place over the whole weekend close to The Cotswold Show's main arena events, family entertainment and 200 exhibitors. Bands will not be paid, but will be playing to an audience of more than 40,000 people who visit the Show each year.
'We are hoping to find a wealth of talent who would not normally have the opportunity of playing to such a large audience, said Show Director, Claudia Wilson. 'The Cotswold Show is very much a family affair and so we're looking for musicians who will appeal to a wide range of ages.'
All staging, lighting and PA equipment will be provided by the Cotswold Show.
Anyone interested in booking a space at the Cotswold Show's Music Festival should email info@cotswoldshow.co.uk with details and a link to any relevant Facebook pages or websites.
Applications to be received before 24th March 2012.
