Amber Rose will apparently walk away from her marriage with more than $1 million.
The model-and-actress married rapper Wiz Khalifa last year, but earlier this week it was revealed she was filing for divorce, with reported plans to take full custody of their 19-month-old son Sebastian, nicknamed Bash.
According to TMZ, Amber demanded a prenup prior to tying their knot, which will see her receive more than $1 million from her estranged husband.
However, the eight-page document reportedly denies her spousal support if she enforces the one-off payment. There is no mention of custody, and a judge will make the full decision regarding Sebastian's future.
It emerged on Monday that the couple had split, with Amber, 30, apparently filing for divorce on Wednesday.
Since then the rumour mill has gone into overdrive. There were claims both she and Wiz, 27, had cheated during their marriage. However, the curvaceous star took to Twitter yesterday to give her side of the story, hinting only one of them had played away.
"Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this....." she wrote.
"Unfortunately my now ex husband can't say the same….
"I'm devastated and crushed but my main focus is Sebastian. Thank u for all the support in this difficult time. (sic)"
So far, Wiz has remained tight lipped on the matter.
