50 Cent has reportedly been dropped from the lineup of a Major League Baseball party.

The 38-year-old rapper was charged with one count of domestic violence and four counts of vandalism last week. He has been accused of assaulting mother of his child, Daphne Joy, and destroying over $7,000 worth of property in her home.

According to TMZ, 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson III, will no longer be performing at Major League Baseball's All-Star Bash in New York City this weekend. Apparently the multi-million dollar nationwide sporting establishment didn't want 50 Cent headlining Sunday's show due to the scandal.

The website reports Curtis' name appeared on the original flyer for the event, but MLB has since updated its Facebook page advertising 'surprise performances' in place of the star's slot with Kaskade.

The company has not confirmed with TMZ whether or not 50 Cent has been cut due to his domestic violence charges.

Curtis has also remained silent on the topic.

The rapper currently faces up to five years in jail for domestic violence and vandalism charges after a recent argument with a woman who he has a baby with.

According to the Los Angeles Times authorities were called to a Toluca Lake, California home in June where the victim locked herself in her bedroom during a heated argument. Once he arrived Jackson reportedly "kicked open the door and kicked her', police sources told the outlet.

The rapper's arraignment is scheduled for July 22 at Van Nuys Superior Court.
