Context puts forth his powerful new single ‘The System’ feat. Horror Stories from his upcoming EP 'Stealing My Older Brother’s Tapes' (released later this year).

The British rapper, who’s been impacting the scene since his 2008 debut on BBC Radio 1, has been on a steady rise within the UK. Now with ‘The System’ making its rounds, it’s going to be sooner rather than later for the unique rapper who has been described as “Middle England’s Poet Laureate” by MistaJam from BBC Radio 1.

'The System' features Horror Stories, a West London based production outfit who provide the addictive chorus where he chants, ‘We must rip up the sound system’ repeatedly as the song reaches its peak before Context levels it out with his sombre message about the state of living and his ‘Fish & Chip Rock N Roll’. He has a come a long way since winning MTV Brand New in 2012, signing to EMI and he has since teamed up with Mike Skinner on the 'Small Town Lad Sentiments' remix.

With a fresh EP out later this year, 'Stealing My Older Brother’s Tapes'; a collection of modern reinterpretation of classic rave tracks from the early '90s and inspired by the music he grew up hearing from his older brother's bedroom. Context is set to really make a dent on the scene and the new track is the perfect musical weapon to penetrate through radio waves and shows alike.
