One of Music-News favourite new bands release their first single this week.

Dexters are a five piece hailing from Hoxton with influences and inspiration taken from a mix of British guitar bands from The Jam to the Arctic Monkeys and backed up with lyrical wordsmithery Ray Davies would be proud of. At the same time they have a unique brand of enthusiasm. All delivered with a refreshingly modern swagger.

Recover is one of several upbeat tunes that Dexters could have chosen for their first release and is just an appetiser for what promises to be a top debut album. All action guitars, fast tempo drums and great vocals make this one of the best singles released in 2012 by a British guitar band

Having supported The Enemy on their UK tour, crowds at gigs are starting to swell. Radio and TV are also taking notice.

Get the single and get out to see them quick. Dexters could be a big in 2013.
