There are very few outfits who can write a piece well enough to release an instrumental as a single but The Pipe Brothers Project are one.

An emotionally rich piece of Prog, loaded with mellotrons, classic guitar lines and with a melody to reach the harshest of hearts, this is a number that should appeal to most music lovers.

Opening with a climax of piano, organ and drums it quickly settles into a semi-classical reverie that reminds me very much of early Sky.

Bass is supplied by Jonathon Noyce (Ex Jethro Tull & Gary Moore) alongside drums by Paul Burgess (Ex 10cc & Camel) and coupled with the Pipe Brothers guitar and keyboards the number is stirring and uplifting.

Powerful stuff, without bombast or excess.
