SW4 returned to play for another year. Another Bank Holiday August weekend of clubbing mayhem in Clapham Common to serve those electronic, drum & bass and dance music enthusiasts. This year would mark the 15th Anniversary in what has now become one of the most popular annual dance festivals in the UK. With a complete sell-out event, SW4 would once again be remembered for its’ ability to pull-in DJ’s, producers and artists from around the world.

Sunday’s line-up included Chase and Status, Craig David and Andy C playing on the main stage with their electronic, garage and drum & bass beats. Elsewhere the legendary Basement Jaxx, Sub Focus and Hannah Wants treated the clubbing fans to some super sets, in what was a packed out Main Indoor tent.

Interviewing Hannah Wants, she described SW4 as one of her favourite events and always finds the atmosphere special. Indeed her set didn’t disappoint, with the crowd in full gear and enjoying all the electronic music she had to offer in the Amnesia tent.

In other areas, Wilkinson Dj set, Bushbaby B2B Sammy Virji and Big Narstie were acts (to name but a few) to treat the SW4 crowd.

Despite the downpour of rain for much of the day, nothing would keep the fans out of the party mood. SW4 continues to evolve and develop from year to year. The music now attracts a wider range of clubbers and fans of different genres. As we say goodbye to SW4 2018, one waits with full anticipation to 2019’s event and the performers and DJ’s it will bring.
