NYC - a buzz with the arrival of the Grammys - the Big Apple just doesn’t get more overripe with glamour and artists than this period.
In Greenwich Village, at the intimate, legendary club, The Groove, there is a bigger buzz and they are known as The Black Soul Experience.
Host and master of Soul Experience is Antwon Robinson whose raw talent lifts the crowd into heightened spirits, as his exemplary band members and guest singers deliver set after set of scintillating Soul, funk, reggae, R’n’B, Prince, soca, house etc.
Guest artists include the accomplished, creative Mitch Matlock, who has toured with Mary J Blige and Alicia Keys. Her deep, melodious vocals take the crowd to another level, as the soul diva prolongs a note while captivating the Club, with her natural musical aptitude.
