BBC Radio 2 proudly presented an amazing line-up for one of the summer’s hottest festivals – BBC Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park - on Sunday 11 September in Hyde Park, London.

Elton John, Madness, Status Quo, Gregory Porter, LeAnn Rimes, Jamie Lawson, Andreya Triana and Travis all performed for the 50,000-strong crowd in the park, and was broadcast live on BBC Radio 2 and in vision via BBC Red Button, BBC iPlayer and the Radio 2 website.

Contemporary jazz singer Gregory Porter’s rich, resonant voice won him a Grammy in 2014, and recently, he wowed fans with a live rendition of Purple Rain on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show. Gregory returns to Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park for the second time after performing back in 2014.

A Music-News.com favourite it's always a pleasure to chat to such a talented gentleman.
