The 2000 Olympic gold medallist, and now retired boxing champion Audley Harrison MBE released his debut single Never Ever Give Up on Friday July 29th at 7pm via social media.

The song was inspired by Audley’s own life events, when he faced adversity in his career and life.

Audley has teamed up with Samaritans, who do an amazing job supporting individuals overwhelmed with life. This initiative will help them continue their vital work throughout the Country.

The new single will have its worldwide premiere on Friday 29th July on all digital platforms, with the video also having its first screening the same day at a secret London location.

With cameo appearances from reality legend Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, Towie’s Michael Hassini, champion boxer Colin McMillan, and Olympic skier Chemmy Alcott, Audley has entered the industry ready to take it by storm.

Recorded at the renowned Revolver Studios in Los Angeles, and produced by Mikal Blue (OneRepublic, Colbie Caillat, Jason Mraz) – the song represents a huge achievement for Audley, who has always waxed lyrical on the microphone.

Audley was a well-known MC in the House and Garage scene in the mid-1990s. The video was directed by MOBO winner Rick Frost.

“I’m ticking this off my bucket list by releasing this song and tying it into a good cause is perfect,” Audley said. “Samaritans do a great thing, helping thousands of people every day, so I hope this song inspires one and all, to overcome their struggles and truly Never Ever Give Up.”

The pre-order is now available on ITunes.
