Following the success of his sold out January dates performing a new interpretation of his ground breaking 'Four Seasons’ and his critically acclaimed compositions ‘Dedications’, maverick violinist Nigel Kennedy will quench the thirst of music fans as he announces a series of extra concerts this May.

Starting at Nottingham Royal Concert Hall on May 15th, the tour will take in the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall (May 17th), Sheffield City Hall (May 18th), Basingstoke The Anvil (May 22nd), Bournemouth Pavilion (May 23rd), finishing at Guildford’s G Live on May 24th.

A quarter of a century on from his Guinness world record-selling album of ‘The Four Seasons’ in 1989, Kennedy released ‘The New Four Seasons’ – a new album reinventing his original work, through Sony last year.

Never being one to adhere to convention and always pushing the boundary, Kennedy’s show takes audiences on a journey with his own extraordinary flair, whilst keeping the original ‘Four Seasons’ at it’s root.

The first half of the shows will also see Kennedy performing his own critically acclaimed compositions ‘Dedications’. These pieces feature all of the characteristics that have kept Kennedy a household name for over 25 years – melodic charm, elegance and great virtuosity.
