5WEST release new music video for single ‘Stars About You’ as BOYZONE pass pop torch to the US boy band
“We want to make upbeat, anthemic pop hits and feel like this single represents us so well,” is how the new boy band 5WEST describe their new single ‘Stars About You’ co-written with Grammy Award winning producer Bryan Todd, who has produced and written for Miley Cyrus and Jordin Sparks.
Today, the US pop group release the music video for ‘Stars About You’, and tonight is their 5th and final night at the London Palladium, concluding their tour supporting Boyzone on the Irish band’s farewell ‘Thank You & Goodnight’ sold-out UK tour.
“We’ve had such an incredible time on the tour and the support from Boyzone has been brilliant. At the end of their set, BOYZONE began to thank the fans for all the support they’ve shown over 26 years. Then Ronan added, ‘And thank you to our fantastic support act 5WEST! We’re at the end of our career and they’re at the beginning of theirs, and we hope they have as much fun along the way as we’ve had’”.

The band warmed up for the BOYZONE tour with performances in South Africa and Gran Canaria and then throughout the UK at Pride Festivals, county shows, holiday resorts, under 18 nights, and their own school tour.
