MTV International and the Malta Tourism Authority have announced today that global pop sensation Ava Max will join the Isle of MTV Malta line-up. Europe’s biggest free summer music festival, now in its 13th Year, will take place on Tuesday 9th July on the iconic Il-Fosos Square in Valetta.
2019’s newest pop songstress Ava Max is currently celebrating the continued success of her RIAA platinum certified smash single Sweet but Psycho, which has spent the past three weeks in the top 10 of Billboard’s Hot 100. The international hit song also held the #1 spot at European Radio for eight weeks in a row and scored #1 rankings on charts in nearly 20 countries. With nearly a billion global streams under her belt, Max has also taken the world by storm with her empowering follow-up single So Am I, which skyrocketed on European Airplay making Ava the only artist to have two songs in the top 10 at the same time. Most recently, Rolling Stone profiled Ava as part of their “Artist You Need to Know” series.

Max joins singer Bebe Rexha and DJ Martin Garrix who will co-headline this year’s Isle of MTV concert.
