'Bowie On The Radio is the debut single from Ryan McMullan, available today via AWAL and impacting on October 26th. The Irish singer-songwriter, who opened for Ed Sheeran on thirty-one dates of his 2017 world tour, is performing a sold-out headline gig tonight at Church of St Mary Aldermary EC4, and will embark on a headline Irish tour in December, culminating in a sold-out show at the prestigious 1750-capacity Ulster Hall in his native Belfast on December 21st.

Ryan McMullan is blessed with a voice that can shift effortlessly between the angelic and the guttural, and he has honed his song writing craft to exploit the incredible versatility and power of his God-given instrument. ‘Bowie On The Radio’ captures two perspectives of a night out in Manhattan, and manages to sound utterly timeless yet fresh and contemporary. The track is the first to be taken from McMullan’s debut album, due 2019.

In just three short years Ryan McMullan has made his way from the small clubs of Ireland to playing in arenas to thousands of people. As well as opening for Ed Sheeran, Foy Vance and Snow Patrol, he has headlined venues across Europe and America, including a sold-out show earlier this year at New York’s Rockwood Music Hall.
