Amazon have announced an Amazon Original Jack White EP and Prime Original documentary film to be released globally on Friday 21st September, exclusively on Amazon Music and Amazon Prime Video.

Directed by Emmett Malloy and filmed at White’s sold out show at The Anthem in Washington DC, Jack White- Kneeling at the Anthem DC features never-before-seen footage from the artists’ current Boarding House Reach world tour, in support of his third studio album.

JACK WHITE: KNEELING AT THE ANTHEM D.C. gives fans a front row seat to White’s career-spanning set at his May 30th BOARDING HOUSE REACH tour stop in Washington, D.C. Director Emmett Malloy, long-time collaborator and director of The White Stripes’ 2009 documentary UNDER GREAT WHITE NORTHERN LIGHTS, also joins White as he explores the nations’ capital and gives a surprise performance for students at Woodrow Wilson High School.

In addition, a six-song Amazon Original live EP with highlights from the evening will also be released on September 21st, only on Amazon Music. From today, listeners can stream an advance track from the EP, “Connected by Love” via the Amazon Music app or simply ask “Alexa, play the new song by Jack White”

The EP features live performances from the Anthem of songs spanning White’s illustrious career, including, four selections from his latest album, Boarding House Reach, including “Connected by Love”, “Corporation” and “Over and Over and Over”.
