Support acts have been announced for the Live At Chelsea Concert Series 2018, kicking the summer off in style in the idyllic grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea in West London. Music fans across the capital will for the 4th year turn the grounds into one of the most unique live concert settings.

Wakefield Indie-Rock stalwarts The Cribs will support fellow Yorkshiremen the Kaiser Chiefs on Thursday 14th June, following on from the success of their 7th studio album ‘24/7 Rock Star Shit’ released last year, continuing their pedigree as one of Britain’s most critically acclaimed and successful bands.

Support for Jeff Beck’s headline show on Friday 15th June will come from Irish singer songwriter, Imelda May. May released the T Bone Burnett produced album ‘Life Love Fresh Blood’ last year to critical acclaim, the perfect prelude to Beck’s headline performance.

Folk-Pop duo Ferris & Sylvester will open for James Blunt on Saturday 16th June. The London based act influenced by Simon & Garfunkel, Bob Dylan and Laura Marling, reached Number 1 on the iTunes Singer Songwriter chart and 1 million streams with their most recent release, the ‘Made In Streatham’ EP.

The closing night of Live At Chelsea 2018 features a musical celebration of Andrew Lloyd Webber as part of the ongoing celebrations for his 70th birthday this year. In the year he releases his memoir, Unmasked, and the personally curated Platinum Collection album, Sunday 17th June 2018 will see the Royal Hospital Chelsea present a night of unique performances of Lloyd Webber’s work by recording artists and stars of the West End, accompanied by The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. With more names to be announced, the line-up includes: Tyrone Huntley, Imelda May, Mica Paris, Ben Forster, and Joe McElderry; as well as the current casts of both School of Rock – The Musical, and The Phantom of the Opera.
