As the second wave of dates to be announced for 2018, Hacienda Classical with Manchester Camerata, the city’s experimental orchestra, is set to perform its new set and soundtrack at an additional eight concerts this Summer, adding to the five previously revealed towards the end of last year.

Hacienda Classical will be performing at four festivals this summer, beginning in May with a return to Williamson Park, Lancaster, scene of its May 2016 concert there for the first Highest Point Festival and then onto Happy Days Festival in Surrey the following weekend. June sees the production decamp to the Isle of Wight Festival to celebrate its 50th Anniversary while the final festival appearance of the summer comes end July as it headlines Kendal Calling's main stage on its opening Thursday night.
Hacienda Classical has also been invited by English Heritage to perform at two of its most prestigious South of England sites, Kenwood House in Hampstead, London in June and Wrest Park in Bedfordshire in September.
Hacienda Classical will also visit Sheffield's Don Valley Bowl in mid August for its first ever concert in South Yorkshire and makes its second appearance at the UK's premier racetracks, visiting Chelmsford City Racecourse in early September.
Hacienda Classical has already fully sold out its returns to London's Royal Albert Hall and Manchester Castlefield Bowl in 2018 for the third year in a row. The shows begins its 2018 run back in Glasgow at Braehead Arena in May before making its first appearance at Edinburgh Festival in August and returning to Leeds' First Direct Arena for what is currently its final concert of 2018 at the end of September.
