ICMP, one of the leading popular music schools in London, is honoured to welcome legendary singer, songwriter, Frank Turner to their Songwriters’ Circle. The event will take place at Proud Camden on Monday 12th February 2018.

The ICMP Songwriters’ Circle is a monthly event led by their highly-experienced songwriting teachers and music industry professionals. These intimate events, open to all, give audiences a unique opportunity to hear songs in their most stripped-back form, with the songwriters sharing personal insights into how they were created.

The Songwriters’ Circle events also offer’s ICMP’s students and alumni exclusive opportunities to gain experience performing alongside high-profile artists. Previous guests have included Ed Harcourt, Elena Tonra (Daughter) and Island Records’ rising star Lauren Aquilina.

Frank Turner is an English, award winning folk / punk singer, songwriter. Frank is a compelling live performer known for his on-stage energy and clever lyrics. He will be sharing essential tips about songwriting and different techniques as well as performing live. His appearance at the ICMP Songwriters’ Circle comes ahead of his new tour to promote his seventh studio album ‘Be More Kind’ which is due to be released in May 2018.
