MUNCH! – Different Kinda Vibe
MUNCH! blasts into 2018 with the first of a series of single releases. Drawing influences from various corners of hip hop culture, his new cut ‘Different Kinda Vibe’, manages to incorporate old school sentiments and sounds - evoking scenes of lazy summer nights on the block, alongside a fresh and cleverly constructed beat courtesy of fellow Detroit native Nuntheless.
Known for a strong DIY ethic and positive take on hip hop, MUNCH! delivers again, as ‘Different Kinda Vibe’ showcases his musicianship, versatile flow and trademark playful, personal and uplifting bars.
ADAL – Synthesize (Feat. Alexanderson)
Enigmatic ‘future-pop’ artist, ADAL took to own 2017 as his own, having toured with prolific band IHEARTSHARKS, played a number of tastemaker festivals across The Great Escape and SXSW. The summer release of ‘Fire To You (Feat. FREJA)’ was also quick to amass over 100,000 Spotify streams and attention from tastemaker sites; The Line Of Best Fit and Notion Magazine.
Not wasting a minute of 2018, the emerging artist, ADAL leaps into the year with his next cut, 'Synthesize'. A track that features the slick vocals by Alexanderson from the hotly tipped synth-pop group, XY&O. Known for his light, buoyant vocal style, Alexanderson details lyrics that captures a pinnacle moment between two lovers and what could create a powerful bond. Tune in.
J Elle – Phases
Having spent the bulk of 2017 writing and crafting her own sound in the studio, LDN based singer/songwriter J Elle debuts her take on contemporary RnB with lead track and debut EP entitled ‘Phases’. Lead single ‘Phases’ acts as an anchor to the rest of the EP as we see a defiant and confident delivery throughout, mixing fictional stories with stark realities and relationship battles
Vivienne Chi – JUNK
'JUNK', the second single from Vivienne Chi marks as a righteous return for the London living alt-pop songwriter. 'JUNK' was quick to amass tastemaker attention from The Line Of Best Fit, BBC Introducing, Spotify’s Fresh Finds playlist, then leading to the track topping the Hype Machine charts at #1.
Set for release in early 2018, Vivienne returns with the video for the single. A stunning display of visuals that takes an intimate look into a set of character's lives, exploring the freedom of people.
RHEA – Views
A singer/songwriter hailing from South East London, RHEA began her musical journey drenched in the glorious sounds of early Jazz, Motown and Soul. Having decided to release her own music, 2017 saw the release of her marvellous debut single; 'Dreams' - this placed on Spotify Playlists' 'Fresh Finds', 'Discover Weekly' and The Line Of Best Fit, thus drawing in 90,000 streams for her first release. Picking up attention from labels and a growing fanbase in the US,
