Ed Sheeran plays ‘Fairytale Of New York’ by The Pogues for Live Lounge

Today in BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge, Ed Sheeran performed his single (and current UK Number 1) ‘Perfect’ and asked Anne-Marie to join him for a classic festive duet, where they covered ‘Fairytale Of New York’ by The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl.

Ahead of his Live Lounge performance Ed talked to Clara Amfo about his 2017 achievements, including his collaboration with Beyoncé that he organised over two years ago, a new song with Eminem, the anticipation around getting the coveted Christmas Number 1 and how he has a Bond theme tune ready to go.
