Ellie Goulding Awarded Silver at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2017

Ellie Goulding has been awarded Silver in the Entertainment Lions for Music category at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Alongside co-writers Chris Ketley and Joe Kearns, Goulding won the award for her haunting original composition for “Break The Routine”, a powerful video created for the National Centre for Domestic Violence and Victim Support which aims to create awareness about domestic abuse.

Singer/songwriter and producer Goulding also joined Universal Music Group Chairman & CEO Sir Lucian Grainge - Cannes 2017’s Media Person of the Year – and Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry on a panel at the Festival for an insightful talk on women and meaningful brands. The trio talked about their personal experiences in the film and music industries.
