Last night Hampton Court Palace Festival welcomed guests to celebrate its 25th anniversary opening night performance by the iconic Bryan Ferry. Taking to the stage in Henry VIII’s open air Base Court, Bryan treated the audience to classic hits from the Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music back catalogue including The Main Thing, Slave to Love and Let’s Stick Together.

Bryan Ferry remains one of the most iconic and innovative singers in popular music and was also made a CBE in 2011 for his contribution to the British music industry.

Organised by IMG and Historic Royal Palaces, this year Hampton Court Palace Festival celebrates its 25th anniversary with performances by Corinne Bailey Rae, Amy Macdonald, Will Young, Van Morrison, Michael Ball & Alfie Boe, James Morrison, Jools Holland, Rick Astley, Bjorn Again and the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra.

Hampton Court Palace Festival is renowned for giving its guests a truly memorable and unique experience. Artists perform in the historic main courtyard of Henry VIII’s magnificent Tudor Palace for an intimate audience of 3,000.
