London's Soulnaturals reveal the first single, 'You Make Me Feel Like I Can Change The World', taken from their exciting forthcoming studio album 'Love Says Yes!'. Enlisting the huge vocal talents of Australian Soul mamma, Kylie Auldist, who struck global success this summer with her smash 'This Girl' by Kungs vs Cookin' on 3 Burners, Soulnaturals foot stomp their way into 2017 with one helluva soulful bang! 'You Make Me Feel Like I Can Change The World' is an upbeat, raw slice of Northern Soul, as Kylie belts out an empowering, diva title worthy vocal over a hotbed of hip swinging brass and beats, with an energy deemed to take the roof off! The package also includes two tasty remixes - a funky Drum n Bass rendition comes courtesy of turntablist / producer / Ephemerals band leader Jimi Needles and breaks connoisseur Cut La Roc injects some of his high octane beat wizardry on his energetic shakedown.
Soulnaturals are an original, high quality UK Soul/RnB outfit t from Tootings' very own songwriter/producer Tony Cannam, producing classic inspired songs with outstanding special guest singers and artists. Through their own British Soul Standard record label, Soulnaturals single releases including ‘If It’s War (You’re Looking For)’ and 'Rise Brother Rise' have earned them a strong reputation on the UK Soul & Funk scene, garnering supporters such as Blues & Soul, Craig Charles Funk & Soul Show, BBC6 and regional shows, Jazz FM, Smooth FM, Solar Radio to London Live TV and more! Their energetic live shows have seen them perform all over, including the Jazz Café (supporting Billie Ray Martin), Pizza Express Jazz Soho, Vintage Festival, Blues Kitchen, Paperdress Vintage and famous Swinging 60s Soho clubs Scotch of St. James and Bag o’Nails. This summer 2016 they undertook a collaboration live project with Secret Cinema playing the live band in their 'Dirty Dancing' festival spectacular in Jubilee Park, East London.
Soulnaturals are now gearing up to release a special vinyl album and tour in 2017 that will feature special collaborations with renowned artists from around the world. These include including Australia's First Lady of Soul Kylie Auldist, a talent who has delivered 4 stunning albums to date to great acclaim, most recently with 'Family Tree' and of course, her massive international summer hit with Kungs vs Cookin' on 3 Burners 'This Girl'. Reggae legend Dave Barker who had the UKs first reggae No.1 hit with ‘Double Barrell’ by Dave & Ansell Collins also makes an appearance on the new project. The album will also include an amazing display of rising UK vocal talent discovered by associate label British Soul Standard, including Danny Toeman, Emrys Baird, Nadia Pimentel and Bre-Antonia.
