Music-News.com is proud to have the exclusive premiere of Wrenne's new single 'Puzzle Place'.

Introducing WRENNE’s “ISaidYesToEverything”
In her own words:
“This is my life’s work. True story. I’ve worked a long while to be in this place at this time with these people, these songs and recordings, and for it to feel right. Over the past few years I have indeed said ‘Yes!’ to everything (OK, maybe not Reality TV, drugs, Morris Dancing - yet) and found that every ‘yes’ comes with a lesson to learn and even sometimes a difficult price to pay. This album is about the consequences of yes – for the most part profoundly positive - in the language I know best, music.”
Wrenne is a compelling, new voice.

An ‘overnight’ i.e. multiple-year success story, raised in Utah and the Mormon Church, Wrenne left for Europe as a 22-year-old with a head full of questions and a heart open to the answers. Arrived in London with a guitar, 300 bucks and a phone number. She worked through survival, started to belong, became British. Honing her skills as a writer and vocalist, she grafted and crafted her self-styled “Post-Mormon-Electro-Pop.” Discovering her true voice, Wrenne spoke up and recognized family among a host of talented performers, writers and producers along the way. Those collaborations comprise the album.

“I could tell you about the mountains that I grew up next to; the religion that influenced and confused me; the faraway feeling I will always have; the family I am always looking for and the family I have as a mother; or the fact that the struggles of life are at the core of everything I write.”

This bracing honesty is vital to “ISaidYesToEverything,” as is that collaborative spirit: these songs feature a stellar cast including superstar Idris Elba; producer Marius de Vries (Bjork, “LaLaLand”); Gary Clark (Danny Wilson/“Sing Street”); Lanterns on the Lake’s Paul Gregory; Bonobo’s Johnny Tomlinson; Gregor Philp (Deacon Blue); 5xGrammy-winning vocalists The Swingles; and legendary saxophonist John Altman.

Wrenne is blessed with some extraordinary friends and fans supporting her unique vision.

You’ll hear why on this collection’s blend of emotionally-searing pop songs and soaring electronica - old school art with a wholly contemporary sound, reflecting diverse classic artists from Kate Bush to Annie Lennox alongside peers such as Robyn, Bjork and Christine & the Queens. The songs effortlessly switch genres with one fundamental, central component: Wrenne’s extraordinary voice and authentic attitude.

“I don't know if I turned out to be an artist because it was all I knew to do or because it truly is the best thing I can do with my life. But how can I inspire my own child to have faith in herself and her own voice if I don't do the same for myself?”
She’s a “Disney-Punk,” devoted mother, obsessive runner, skilled chocolate-eater and an undeniable star. And, as she sings in the mantra of “Hope:” I AM READY!

Wrenne’s debut “ISaidYesToEverything” will be released on LoEx Music via Believe Digital 11.11.16. The single and video for “Puzzle Place” will impact the same week.

The 2nd single and video “Heaven” will be released in January 2017.
