Singer Zayn Malik and his supermodel girlfriend Gigi Hadid are reportedly living in his Los Angeles home together.
The it-couple has been dating since last November (15), with Zayn having confirmed their romance in March (16), and now it's claimed they have taken their relationship to the next level.
"Zayn and Gigi have moved in together in LA and he’s busy furnishing and buying paintings to change it up and make it more of a couple’s pad," a source tells U.K. newspaper The Mirror of the Pillowtalk hitmaker's current efforts to spruce up his former bachelor pad. “Zayn prefers a cosy night with Gigi than showbiz parties so it’s important she feels comfortable."
Although Hadid still has her own home in New York City, she and Zayn decided it was best for them to shack up together on the West Coast because they are simply too in love to spend a significant amount of time apart.
“They cherish every moment together and make sure they’re never apart for longer than 10 days so it made sense for her to move in officially," the insider details.
Last month (Jun16) Zayn pulled out of his performance in London at the last minute due to anxiety, but he didn't suffer alone, as his love Gigi was there to support him, a show of affection he deeply admires.
"He appreciates her so much more after her support when he had to pull out of the Capital FM Summertime Ball with anxiety," the source shares. "Zayn sees how much Gigi is there for him. They’re mutually passionately in love.”
Recent rumours suggest Hadid's relatives are pressuring Malik to propose to her, but it's claimed he wants to wait a little while longer before asking for her hand in marriage.
“He sees his future with Gigi but everything comes in good time," the insider adds. "He wants to make it the most romantic night of her life when he proposes. He’s working on it but, being Zayn, he wants it perfect.”
Malik has been engaged before to Little Mix pop star Perrie Edwards. The former couple called off their two-year engagement in August (15).
