Taylor Swift is reportedly having a "lot of fun" dating Tom Hiddleston.
News of the couple emerged after pictures of the Bad Blood singer kissing the Thor star on a Rhode Island beach were published in a British newspaper earlier this month (Jun16). The pair was later spotted spending time together at Taylor's home as well as enjoying a dinner at a local restaurant.
The singer split from former boyfriend, superstar DJ Calvin Harris, just a few weeks earlier. But according to an insider, Taylor's blossoming relationship with the 35-year-old London-born actor couldn't have come at a better time.
"Taylor is having fun with Tom," a source told Britain's Heat magazine. "She's telling friends they already having a full-blown romance."
Taylor, 26, and Calvin split up after a 15 month relationship. Following the photos of the singer with Tom surfacing, Calvin deleted all traces of his ex from his Instagram and unfollowed her account. And the source didn't deny there was an element of "revenge" in Taylor's decision to start dating again so soon after her split.
"This is perfect for Taylor. She's having a great time with Tom and there's also that element that it's the perfect revenge for the breakup," the insider shared, adding. "This has all fallen perfectly for her and she's like the cat that got the cream. Tom is the kind of guy that will go to events with her and that every woman would be envious of - he's a total English gent and she loves that."
It seems that Taylor isn't too upset that photos of her and Tom have been published, as she was apparently gutted when it was reported Calvin had dumped her because it made her look like the victim again.
"The whole world seeing pictures of them having a date couldn't have gone better for Taylor," the insider stated.
