Adam Lambert performs 'Welcome to the Show' on American Idol

Earlier this week, American Idol alumni Adam Lambert teased his brand new single 'Welcome To The Show' and last night saw the US star perform the song for the first time.
He returned to American ldol where he first rose to prominence in 2009 on the eight season of the show. Watch the performance below.

Adam Lambert is set to return to the UK in June, as he fronts Queen for their headline performance of this year's Isle of Wight Festival.

The audition stages will provide plenty of entertainment gold, with a special surprise appearance from Kanye West. The 38-year-old rapper and his wife Kim Kardashian crashed the American Idol auditions in San Francisco where he was treated like any other contestant, proceeding to rap ‘Gold Digger’ to the shocked judges.
