Louis Tomlinson's new girlfriend is reportedly a deal breaker in his custody battle with ex Briana Jungwirth.
The One Direction singer and Briana welcomed baby Freddie into the world last month (Jan16) and have since been working on arrangement that will allow them both to parent the little boy.
Louis had been preparing to face off with Briana in court last week (beg22Feb16) amid allegations suggesting the Los Angeles-based stylist had been limiting his access to one-month-old Freddie Reign because she wanted more financial support. However, just hours before the hearing, the exes were apparently able to strike a temporary custody deal.
Going forward however, Briana is said to have some definite ideas about terms that should be included in a permanent custody arrangement. According to TMZ.com, Briana is concerned about Louis' actress girlfriend Danielle Campbell's involvement in their son's upbringing. After Louis was given authorisation in the temporary deal to see his son for several hours during the week, he apparently wanted to take him back to his Los Angeles abode, with Danielle present.
However, Briana is said to be concerned that Danielle interacting with Freddie will interfere with her own bonding with the tot. She has apparently requested that any time Louis spends with Freddie should be done at her home.
Under the terms of their makeshift agreement, Louis will also not be allowed overnight visits.
Lawyers for the two parties are reportedly now working out a formal settlement to cover both custody and child support, as Louis had previously just been paying Briana's expenses, which varied on a weekly basis.
The former lovers, who conceived Freddie during a fling last year (15), are said to have recently fallen out over money as they tried to establish a fixed monthly amount.
