Rapper Tyga is reportedly facing eviction for the second time in less than year.
The Rack City star, real name Michael Nguyen-Stevenson, was sued by his former landlord in May (15) for allegedly racking up unpaid bills, totalling $90,000 (£62,700), attached to his rented home in Calabasas, California in 2010.
Tyga previously denied the claims, but reached a $80,000 (£55,745) settlement with the property owner in June (15).
However, the hip-hop star alleged he was actually in the process of buying the home and had placed a $200,000 (£139,365) down payment on the property, and sued the landlord for breach of contract in August (15).
Now the 26-year-old is reportedly facing another eviction notice after falling behind on rent payments for his Hollywood Hills house. According to the New York Post, Tyga has been living in $4.8 million (£3.3 million) house, which rents for $17,000-a-month (£11,840), since December (15).
Tyga has been embroiled with all types of shocking controversy this week (endsFri19Feb16), as fans were up in arms after Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney was denied entry to the rapper's Grammys afterparty at Hollywood's Argyle nightclub on Monday (15Feb16).
The hip hop star insisted he had no idea that Paul was trying to get into the bash, stating during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday (16Feb16): "I actually got paid to go and perform. I really didn't have no knowledge what was going on. I just showed up."
Tyga has since reached out to Paul with an apology via Twitter, and to make amends, he has invited the rock legend to attend one of the gigs on his upcoming tour, even offering to "personally walk him in".
