Singer Alanis Morissette is pregnant with her second child.
The Ironic star, 41, and her 35-year-old husband, rapper Mario 'Souleye' Treadway, will welcome a sibling for her five-year-old son, Ever, later this year (16).
The mum-to-be announced the news on her website on Friday (12Feb16), sharing an animated video which features the family looking at ultrasound photos of the unborn baby.
The sweet film also features a new song Alanis wrote as a Valentine's Day surprise for her husband.
"The story of my nuclear family in moving pictures, brings us up to this sweet moment," she captioned the clip. "(The song was) written, recorded and produced in 6 hours on May 22, 2010 with Guy Sigsworth, on the sly, to surprise Souleye...
"May this song take on ever-deepening meaning as each year goes by."
The couple wed in 2010.
The baby news comes as Alanis' ex-fiancee Ryan Reynolds has his own big arrival - he has released his acclaimed new superhero blockbuster Deadpool.
Alanis has previously spoken about the dynamics in her household, admitting she is quite the alpha in her marriage.
"I tried being a beta woman for a long time," she told German magazine Brigitte Balance. "But I fail in that role. I prefer the driver's seat, professionally as well. My husband is totally fine with his beta role. He feels strong in it. Before I met Souleye I dated probably every kind of archetype there is. I always fell for the wrong guys.
"If I'm in alpha mode an alpha man wants to discuss things with me all the time and tries to bring me down. A beta man attempts to support me and celebrates me."
