Hilary Duff is officially unattached romantically speaking after signing off on her marriage to sportsman Mike Comrie.

The So Yesterday singer is now a single mum after finalising her divorce.

According to the legal documents obtained by TMZ.com, Hilary must pay Mike over $2.4 million (GBP1.67 million) to settle their financial split, and she gets to keep the former couple's Beverly Hills estate and other property.

The singer/actress and her ex will share joint custody of their three-year-old son Luca, and they have agreed to split the child-rearing costs.

Retired ice hockey star Comrie gets to keep his 2014 Bentley coupe and a 2013 Mercedes G-Class SUV.

The couple split in January, 2014 after four-and-a-half years of marriage, and Hilary recently admitted heading down the aisle again isn't at the top of her wishlist.

"I don't want to say I wouldn't get married again, but it's not important to me," she explained to Redbook magazine. "I don't feel I would need to be married to have another child. If I felt strongly enough toward someone or if someone felt strongly about it, I might say OK. But it's not essential."

Hilary also opened up about her struggle to balance work with life as a single mother.

"It's hard to say that you really can have it all," she added. "I think you can to a certain degree, but fully loaded, pedal-all-the-way-down is tough. You're missing out on something, either on the career or on the family. When I'm really busy with work, I feel extremely guilty."
