Kanye West is set to premiere his much-anticipated new album during his upcoming fashion show at New York's Madison Square Garden.

The rapper is preparing to debut his Yeezy Season 3 clothing collection during New York Fashion Week next month (Feb16), and he's using the fabled venue as his runway for two very special premieres.

This isn't the first time West has used a fashion show as a platform for new music - last year (15), he debuted tracks Wolves and Fade at his New York Fashion Week presentations.

On Sunday (24Jan16), West unveiled the handwritten track list for the forthcoming record on Twitter.com, calling it "the best album of all time". Among the 10 tracks listed are the previously released No More Parties in L.A. featuring Kendrick Lamar and Real Friends.

And on Tuesday (26Jan16), the hip-hop star announced he's decided to make a last-minute name change for the project, writing on Twitter, "New album title, WAVES," after one of the tracks on the record.

"This is not album of the year. This is album of the life," he emphasised in a separate tweet.

Kanye then made a joke about the title, posting alongside three laughing emojis: "#Waves the album formally known as Swish".
