Kanye West has unveiled the full version of his new song No More Parties in L.A., delighting fans with Kendrick Lamar as the featured artist.

The 38-year-old musician has been treating fans with a track per week from his upcoming album SWISH, after having revived his GOOD FRIDAYS project from 2010. His latest offering marks a long-awaited collaboration between Kanye and rapper Kendrick.

However, Kanye's fanbase were left anxiously waiting on Friday after no new track appeared, with his wife Kim Kardashian taking to Twitter to explain the delay.

“I soooo didn’t mean to lie to you guys about GOOD FRIDAYS coming back. Kanye flew to Italy for a Yezzy Season 3 fitting (sic),” she tweeted on Sunday (17Jan16). “He flew Noah (Goldstein, music engineer) out with him so he could finish ‘No More Parties In La’ & wrote 90 bars on the plane there!!! This is the 1st song ever with Kanye & Kendrick Lamar! He just landed & headed straight to the studio to finish it!!!”

Kanye then posted the song on Monday morning (18Jan16).

Somewhat ironically, lyrics in the song seem to suggest that Kanye is going to be concentrating on his music after taking some time out to focus on his fashion lines.

“I know some fans thought I wouldn’t rap like this again / But the writer’s block is over, MCs cancel your plans," the song states.

On 1 January (16), fans were given the chance to listen to his track Facts from the record, followed by Real Friends the week after.

Kanye's long awaited album SWISH is due for release on 11 February (16).

The rapper's sister-in-law Khloe Kardashian recently told Cosmopolitan Kanye was struggling to choose which tracks would make the album.

"He has so many songs that we - I act like I'm recording them - that he can't figure out what he wants to put on his album," she told the magazine. "And they're all genuinely terrific songs."
