Sofía Vergara organised the dancing at her wedding with the precision of an army general, performer Pitbull has revealed.
The Modern Family actress married Magic Mike hunk Joe Manganiello in Palm Beach, Florida, in November (15), with the ceremony a star-studded extravaganza. Singer Pitbull was on hand to get the party started after the couple had exchanged vows, and he's revealed that Sofía was determined her guests would have a blast.
"That was a lot of fun," he laughed to E! News. "Big congratulations to Joe and Sofía.
"Sofía knows how to have a great time so by the time I was on the third song, she was like a general. She told her and her girls, ‘Hey, stage,' and they got up there and they were just having a great time. The mother, the father, all the bridesmaids - which were extremely gorgeous - so it was definitely a blessing to play at that wedding."
The reception took place at The Breakers' ballroom, and the couple went for a traditional first dance to Frank Sinatra classic The Way You Look Tonight. Other tracks played included songs by Shakira and Michael Jackson, which the crowd, including Reese Witherspoon, Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sofía's Modern Family co-stars Julie Bowen and Sarah Hyland, bopped along to.
"How are you not going to have a great time with Sofía and all of her beautiful siblings on stage enjoying themselves?" Pitbull, who played for 45 minutes, queried.
The singer wasn't the only person offering entertainment though - Joe also prepared something special for his new wife. His Magic Mike XXL co-star Channing Tatum and his wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum were among the guests, with Joe using one of his routines from the raunchy 2015 movie to excite onlookers.
"So the DJ played the Backstreet Boys song that Joe dances to in (the film) and he totally took on the challenge and did the entire dance to Sofia," Jenna laughed on TV show The Talk this week (beg30Nov15). "It was really adorable and really cute."
