Kylie Minogue goes “gooey” any time her new boyfriend is mentioned.
The 47-year-old singer started dating actor Joshua Sasse, 27, earlier this year (15) after she made a cameo appearance on his hit American television show Galavant.
Despite their significant age gap, Kylie and Joshua have been defying critics with their public displays of affection, many of which show up as snaps on social media sites, and now Kylie has opened up about her beau in a new interview, revealing she is entirely enamoured with the British-born star.
"I go all gooey at the mention of him!" the singer told Australia's Daily Telegraph newspaper.
Kylie has been somewhat unlucky in love in the past. She dated Halle Berry's now-estranged husband Olivier Martinez from 2003 to 2007 and model Andrés Velencoso from 2008 to 2013.
While her relationship with Joshua is still in its fledgling stage, Kylie revealed in the interview the pair will be spending Christmas together this year, but it will be up to Josh to prepare the pair's festive feast - and Kylie will be on hand to help tidy up afterwards.
"I maintain someone has to get everything ready, mood the place and chop and assist and I'm great at cleaning up," she said.
While Kylie has failed to find her happy ever after as yet, she said in a recent interview that she doesn't regret anything when it comes to her romantic past. However, she admitted she has never yearned for a "conventional" relationship.
"I'm a romantic, I'm not conventional," Kylie told Event magazine. "I don't think, even as a kid, I dreamed of a wedding day or a wedding dress but I do like being in love.
"I don't see myself as unlucky in love as I've had a lot of really great relationships - and I don't have any regrets."
