Calvin Harris has threatened to sue any outlet that suggested he received a “happy ending” while visiting a Los Angeles Thai massage parlour.

The 31-year-old Scottish DJ-and-producer was photographed exiting the business in September (15).

Since then several publications have run stories claiming Calvin’s girlfriend Taylor Swift broke up with him because she learned he received a sexual favour during his visit.

But Calvin is not allowing himself to be defamed by such rumours, as he is willing to take up legal action to defend his name.

“It's not going to be a 'happy ending' for everyone I sue for defamation of character for all these bulls**t stories bye bye,” he wrote on his Twitter account on Monday 12 October (15).

Calvin and Taylor have been dating since March (15), but in recent weeks speculation is rife that their relationship is on the rocks.

Taylor has a tight-knit circle of celebrity friends, which includes singer-and-actress Selena Gomez.

When the star caught wind of rumours that Taylor had called it quits with Calvin, she was shocked.

"What?! Oh, I don't know. I think I would have found that out," Selena said during an interview with SiriusXM programme Andy Cohen Live on Monday 12 October (15). "I didn't even know - is that a rumour? Oh gosh, of course. This is honestly so stupid."

Calvin has previously spoken about how hearsay in the media impacts his romance with Taylor.

The Girls hitmaker thinks interest in their relationship is quite bizarre in that a lot of what is said has no basis in reality.

"It's interesting because obviously there's different things written about it every day and even if we don't do anything publicly for a while, someone will make something up," he shared during a chat with UK radio station KIIS FM. "For me it could be a lot worse, and I'd still be, like, insanely happy with her so I'm good with it."
