A secret Grand Jury has reportedly convened with the intention of setting criminal charges against Nick Gordon.

Gordon’s late girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown was in a comatose state from the close of January (15) until she died aged 22 on 26 July (15).

The daughter of musicians Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown was first sent to hospital after being found unresponsive in the bathtub of the Roswell, Georgia home she shared with Gordon.

Gordon is already facing a multi-million dollar civil case for wrongful death posed against him by the executors of Bobbi Kristina’s estate and a new report suggests a criminal trial is on the way too.

“The District Attorney is convening a secret grand jury and it’s likely to result in charges against Nick Gordon,” a source told Radar Online.

Should criminal charges be exacted against Gordon, it is unknown at this time what the offences would be. But there are rumours murder charges are being reviewed.

It’s claimed the alleged grand jury is interviewing people who were at the scene when Bobbi Kristina was found in the bathtub to further elucidate the matter.

“It’s likely the other people in the house the morning she was found unresponsive will be called to testify,” the insider detailed. “But it doesn’t appear that Nick will be called because the [District Attorney] doesn’t want to give away their hand in preparation of a possible trial.”

The individuals likely to be called to testify before the grand jury is drug-dealer Max Lomas and his girlfriend Danyela Bradley, who were both at the residence when Bobbi Kristina drowned.

In August (15), Bobbi Kristina’s estate administrator Bedelia C. Hargrove launched a $10 million lawsuit against Gordon, accusing him of providing her with a cocktail of drugs and dunking her head in the bathtub to induce drowning the night she entered a coma.

And Bobbi Kristina’s father Bobby explained why he is convinced Gordon had something to do with her death.

"In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon," Bobby said in a statement released by his lawyer Christopher Brown to Us Weekly in September (15).

In legal documents related to the wrongful death civil suit launched by Bobbi Kristina’s estate, Gordon contended he is completely innocent of the accusations against him.
