Jennifer Lawrence will reportedly join Chris Martin on his upcoming Coldplay tour.
It is rumoured the 24-year-old Academy Award-winning actress has struck up a romance with the British rock star in recent weeks.
And apparently the pair have grown close so rapidly, Jennifer will be accompanying Chris on his band’s forthcoming concert tour.
“Girlfriend Jennifer Lawrence will be part of the entourage,” a source told Radar Online. “She has some down time in her schedule at the moment, and is having so much fun with Chris. Chris’ sense of humour has genuinely surprised her, and his band mates really like Jennifer,” the insider said.
It is claimed lead singer Chris doesn’t want to tour without the company of loved ones, including the two children he shares with estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow.
“[Coldplay will] be announcing in the next several weeks that they are embarking on a tour across the United States to promote their new album, Ghost Stories. This won’t be a huge tour as the band has done in the past, and will only be stopping in the major markets such as Los Angeles, Chicago and New York,” the insider detailed.
“Chris doesn’t want to be away from his kids, Apple and Moses.”
The 37-year-old musician’s ten-year marriage to 41-year-old actress Gwyneth came to an end earlier this year.
The Iron Man thespian has daughter Apple, ten, and son Moses, eight, with Chris and she is said to be happy her ex is dating Jennifer.
"Gwyneth loves that Jen has integrity, and a sense of humour, and isn't like a lot of the mindless groupies who throw themselves at Chris. She told Chris that she has a good feeling about Jen and feels as if she's someone he can trust," an insider revealed to British magazine Grazia recently.
Spokespersons for the pair had not commented on the claims at press time.
