Tinie Tempah joined KISS FM UK backstage at the V Festival for an exclusive chat.
Tinie wants to finally make a record with long-time pal Ed Sheeran and watch this space for a Katy B collaboration . He said “I love Ed Sheeran. We’ve known each other for a long time. Making the right song together is kind of overdue. I’m really looking forward to working with Ed. I really like Katy B as well. We’ve been in the studio quite a lot recently so I’m looking forward to getting something done with her.”
Tinie is also open to a duet with Justin Timberlake. “I love Justin Timberlake, big fan, of course right song, right time, right place who wouldn’t want to do a song with Justin.”
The star shares his birthday with superstar DJ/producer friend and collaborator David Guetta and explained that he’d love to do a joint Birthday bash one November 7th in the future. It’ll have to wait until next year though.
Tinie said: “We don’t have any plans but we should actually do that. That would be a really good idea. This year I’m going to Sao Paolo for the F1 to watch Lewis Hamilton on my Birthday so that’s gonna be pretty cool.”
