Fergie and Josh Duhamel’s son Axl will have a Black Eyed Peas-filled birthday, it is claimed.
The 41-year-old actor and his 39-year-old singer wife will celebrate their son’s first birthday on August 29. And apparently, the first-time parents aren’t the only ones looking forward to the big day.
“I am going to get him Google Blocks,” The Black Eyed Peas DJ Poet told Radar Online. “We are all going to be there for that one.”
Axl recently celebrated another big milestone. The 11-month-old boy took his first steps on August 12.
"I was shocked! He climbed up the stairs and he climbed back down. I was helping him back down and he got up the stairs and he [stretched out his arms] and came to me!” Fergie exclaimed to Us Weekly.
Josh and Fergie began dating after her band, the Black Eyed Peas, appeared on the actor’s show Las Vegas in 2004. The couple then married in 2009.
“Fergie and Josh are super solid,” DJ Poet told Radar Online. “She is his goddess and having Axl has made their relationship that much stronger. They are a true example of how to have a real relationship in Hollywood.”
Fergie previously told Us Weekly that she and her husband “definitely want another” child. However, it appears the couple may not be adding to their family in the near future.
“Fergie is not going to have another kid anytime soon. She is not done yet with her music. Get ready for Fergie Round 2,” DJ Poet said.
