Aerosmith are back full force tonight in George, Washington as they resume their Let Rock Rule Tour with Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators.

A scheduled show on Wednesday in Concord, CA was cancelled at the last minute when drummer Joey Kramer had an undisclosed medical problem. It had been suggest from sources that it had something to do with his heart but that was never confirmed. A publicist for the band has said "He has no history of a heart condition" although they did not elaborate on the actual reason for the cancellation.

It is known that Kramer had a minor medical procedure and he has since released a statement saying "I'm feeling better than ever and I'll be back sitting in the best seat in the house, hitting it harder than ever for our amazing fans. My gratitude and thanks for all the love and support showered on me during this time."

Kramer later tweeted "Feelin' good, feelin' groovy, feelin' great!!! Nothin' keeps the Kramedog down."

The Let Rock Rule Tour runs through September 12.
