Harry Styles "doesn't really know what he wants", according to reports.
The One Direction hunk is constantly being linked to different women, including models Kendall Jenner and Cara Delevingne and more recently the band's stylist Lou Teasdale. But after attending the wedding of band mate Louis Tomlinson's mother together last month, the 20-year-old reportedly called time on his fledgling romance with Lou and asked if they could just be friends.
"It's another classic love 'em and leave 'em Harry move," an insider told British magazine Heat. "He gets so obsessive about girls he's into, convinces them it's serious and then changes his mind. He's not doing it to be mean; he just doesn't ever really know what he wants."
The 30-year-old is currently working with the group as they travel round the world on their Where We Are tour. The pair had reportedly been dating in secret for two months before he asked her to accompany him to his friend's parent's nuptials. They posed for a photograph together at the ceremony, both sporting all black ensembles, and they were even spotted holding hands at one point. The stylist is said to have been left dumbfounded by Harry's change of heart.
"Of course, Lou's really gutted," the source continued. "They're OK, still on speaking terms and getting on fine, but she's definitely putting on a brave face about it. She has to, really, because she's on tour as their stylist for the next few months."
The What Makes You Beautiful singer has previously been in relationships with British TV presenter Caroline Flack and singer Taylor Swift.
