Kanye West is reportedly an attentive father.
The 37-year-old rapper married reality TV star Kim Kardashian earlier this year. The couple are parents to one-year-old North West, who has been spending a lot of time with Kim as her husband tours. However, despite the Yeezus performer’s hectic schedule, he reportedly makes time for his “little angel”.
“[Kanye] marvels at his little angel and it’s disgusting — disgustingly adorable. There are really no words to describe how much he’s in awe of North,” a source revealed to HollywoodLife.
“But he loves the small, more sentimental things too. He likes reading to her. He sings to her too,” the source added.
Kanye flies back to see his wife and daughter “every time he can get away” from work, a source previously told People magazine, adding that the newlyweds wish they could be together “all the time”.
Kanye and Kim were both present when North West took her first steps earlier this month, with the hitmaker snapping a photo of Kim kissing North after the momentous event and the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star posting it to her Instagram account.
But Kim isn’t the only one that gives the little girl pecks on the cheek.
“One of his favourite things to do is kiss on her cheeks and make her smile,” the insider explained of Kanye, adding that the child shares a resemblance to both Kanye and his late mother Donda.
“There have been times where he just looks at her and cries as he sees himself and Donda in her eyes.”
