Paris Hilton’s new boyfriend has been identified as model Josh Upshaw.
The hotel heiress and 28-year-old Ralph Lauren model Josh were photographed kissing on the beach in Malibu, California, on Saturday. While the pair looked very much in love as they frolicked in the sands, they only met two nights before as they attended the DT Model Management anniversary party at West Hollywood restaurant Pump.
Despite Paris having yet to officially confirm she has split from long-term boyfriend River Viiperi, sources claim the pair parted ways a “while ago”.
And while 22-year-old River is also a male model, a source at the party told E! News Paris, 33, is better suited to a slightly older toyboy.
"He's so nice and sweet," the source explained. "He's also a little older so that's good for Paris."
Paris and Josh were photographed embracing passionately as they enjoyed a day in the sunshine over the weekend.
It’s no surprise that ruggedly handsome Josh caught Paris’ eye, as he has modelled for names including Abercrombie & Fitch and Mr. Porter in addition to Ralph Lauren.
But it remains to be seen whether Paris and Josh’s romance is more than just a fling, as the statuesque blonde has now flown to Ibiza.
Paris has been kept busy in recent months thanks to her burgeoning DJ career and the upcoming release of her new single Come Alive.
As well as River, Paris’ former beaus include Dallas actor Josh Henderson and Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter.
